Convening for the Culture is the opportunity for Leaders of Color to gather during one of the most prominent weeks of Leadership activations for Black people throughout the year. KAIROS members convey how they are bringing Equity and Justice to scale within their respective industries.

The 2023 KAIROS Convening for the Culture on Martha’s Vineyard August 16 - 20 was a vibe unlike any other. You truly had to be there to experience the connections, Black and Brown Excellence, and transcending power of collective intention and collaboration.
