With more than 15 years of national, multi-city, state and international partnerships, Blake is a dedicated public servant, fierce advocate for justice, and a native son of The Bronx. He has served as an aide to President Barack Obama, and as a New York State Assembly Member, representing his beloved Bronx.

Michael’s personal journey includes a close connection to his family, a dedication to his faith, and an unyielding vision for an equitable United States.

Blake now continues this change work with some of the private sector’s most forward-thinking leaders and executives through his consulting firm, Atlas Strategy Group. Atlas Strategy Group is your team of Chief Equity Implementation Officers who collaborate with you to execute Equity & Justice programs within your organization and externally within the community. A proud graduate of Northwestern University and a member of Alpha Phi Alpha, Inc., Blake still lives in The Bronx, where he cheers for The Yankees.
