Each week, we host our KAIROS CONVERSATIONS where Leaders can Listen and Learn from one another, and, for at least one hour a week, Leaders don't have to Lead. 

This invitation-only community exists to champion the upward mobility of people of Color, highlighting what we can be doing collectively to make a more equity world for us all. For about an hour, every Wednesday, join in on intimate conversations with featured speakers and other leaders in our network who are working to change the game for people of Color and other underserved communities.
